TRAINING FOR WELDERS AND CERTIFICATION
TSG Industry Service can provide training to meet specific technology requirements and improving welder’s efficiencies. Specific client requirements are supplied leading to a Consultancy visit. Welding Courses are covering activities detailed below.
- Equipment and Consumables used depending on the application.
 - Basic instruction in welding in the Flat and Horizontal-vertical positions leading to Positional welding in Sheet metal, Plate and Pipe.
 - Weld edge preparation depending on the metal thickness and type of joint.
 - Visual examination of welds.
 - Destructive testing of welded samples including macroscopic examination.
 - Formatting Welding procedures for repeatability of welding to the relevant EN ISO Standards.
 - Issue of Certification and if required arrangements for Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) approval are carried out by our Partners TUV Rheinland.

Welding ProcedureSpecifications (WPS)
Welding Procedures are performed for all Welder Qualification Tests. Welder qualification tests are covered by EN 4872, EN 287:2004, and EN ISO 9606-2:2004 Aluminum Alloys.
The layouts of Welding Procedures are to EN ISO 15606 (07-09-13-14).
When Welding Procedure Approval is required, EN ISO 15614 or PED approval, arrangements can be made with our clients for witnessing and testing and the issue of all certification.
